We are seeking a reliable and motivated Trainee Door Technician to join SDS Limited on a part-time basis. The role involves assisting experienced engineers with the installation, servicing, and repair of garage doors, roller shutters, automatic doors, and gate systems across domestic and commercial sites. The successful candidate will support maintenance work, attend repairs and call-outs, and learn to identify faults while ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard. Some basic mechanical or electrical knowledge is required, although full training will be provided. Applicants should have a practical, hands-on approach, be willing to learn, and demonstrate good timekeeping and reliability, with the ability to work well as part of a team. A full driving licence is required for this role.
