Assisting with cost estimates, cost plans and tenders; measuring and taking off from drawings and specs; reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations; supporting cost tracking, valuations and payments; procuring materials and liaising with suppliers; preparing reports and cost forecasts; attending site visits and monitoring progress; HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar; familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts;
