We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to work directly with a dynamic Owner/Director across a diverse and expanding group of businesses spanning legal, medical, marketing, property and more. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, “right-hand” role where your ideas and execution will directly shape business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Turning strategy into action – driving new ventures from concept to launch.
Overseeing operations across multiple businesses and improving efficiency.
Leading projects, teams and initiatives to deliver real results.
Monitoring performance, KPIs and supporting commercial decision-making.
Building systems, processes and scalable ways of working.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in operations / business management / Chief of Staff-type role.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset – someone who makes things happen.
