Hemensleys Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Sales / Medicines Assistant to join our small and friendly team. Previous Pharmacy experience isn't essential, but is desirable. Previous retail experience is required and full on-the-job training will be provided. The role involves supporting the day-to-day running of our dispensary and duties will include dispensing repeat prescriptions, supporting our care homes, stock control, liaising with GP surgeries and providing cover on the medicines counter. Applicants must have excellent communication and organisation skills, strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment. The hours will be working afternoons and Saturdays. We offer excellent rates of pay for the right candidate.
