Annexio is a fast-growing eGaming company, and providing an excellent customer support experience to our members is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Member Support Adviser to join our friendly and dynamic team. In this role, you will work alongside colleagues to deliver high-quality support by responding to customer queries, enquiries, and complaints via telephone, email, and LiveChat. You will play a key part in ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service while adhering to internal procedures and standards.

Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage a wide range of customer interactions in a professional and respectful manner.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Working Hours:
This role requires flexibility, with shifts scheduled on a rota basis. You must be available to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Shifts range between 08:00 and 23:00, with 7-hour working days.
