We are looking for an experienced CDP or Sous Chef to join a tight, ambitious kitchen team in a busy seafood led restaurant. You should be confident under pressure, serious about quality and consistency. Seafood experience an advantage.
What we are looking for: solid experience, strong service skills, team player, reliable and calm under pressure.
