Farm Hand or Farm Manager

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hands-on Farm Hand or Smallholding Manager to help restore and develop a 100-acre farm on the Isle of Man. This role would particularly suit a Young Farmer looking to step up and play a key part in shaping how the farm is developed and run. The successful candidate will support the restoration of land, fencing, boundaries and infrastructure, operate tractors and machinery, and provide input into future farming direction, livestock and land use. The project is a family-led venture with long-term plans for sustainable farm development, and the journey will also be documented as part of a professionally supported YouTube series.
