We’re Hiring Part-Time Primary and Secondary Teachers.

We’re looking for passionate, qualified teachers who want to make a real difference.
We are currently hiring for multiple part-time roles:
Primary school teachers.
Secondary English teacher.
Secondary Maths teacher.

About the Role:
At Kip McGrath, lessons are structured, focused, and designed to help students succeed in English and maths. You will work with small groups of students (max 4), delivering individualised teaching using our proven learning programmes and resources.
Our centres are fully managed, meaning you can focus on teaching while we take care of the administration, enrolments, and day-to-day logistics.

Who we are looking for:
Primary and Secondary School Teachers (maths and/or English), who are:
Fully qualified (QTS) – Mandatory requirement.
Passionate about education.
Enjoy working with children and building confidence.
Calm, positive, encouraging, and able to adapt teaching to individual needs.
Value structured learning programmes and clear outcomes.
Experience in teaching English and/or maths is essential, but most importantly, we are looking for educators who genuinely care about helping children succeed.
Location and Flexibility:
We are happy to discuss flexible arrangements with suitable candidates, such as working across any of our centres (Onchan, Peel, Ramsey or Castletown).
