Assistant Manager - eGaming

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join our client's Administration Team in the Isle of Man. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Team Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support and mentor a team of administrators, and ensure the highest standards of client service and regulatory compliance are maintained. You'll take first line responsibility for team administrators, including objective setting, appraisals, 1:1s, and succession planning, while overseeing client entities and team portfolios and acting as company director and/or bank signatory where required. You'll ensure all CSP obligations, client deadlines and regulatory requirements are met and prioritised, and will support the onboarding and transfer of new business, coordinating with the eGaming Compliance Team on gambling licence applications. Continuous risk assessment of workloads is key, ensuring company procedures are followed including client reviews, SAR submissions and onboarding. You'll also contribute to management and team meetings, providing SLT feedback in the Manager's absence, and support the development of company compliance policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have proven management experience with direct reports, strong organisational and communication skills, excellent time management, and experience managing client relationships and stakeholders. A solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements is essential. A management qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
