Assistant Manager - Audit

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our client's Financial Services Audit team in the Isle of Man. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious audit professional to manage engagements from planning through to completion across a varied portfolio of regulated entities, funds, SPVs and investment structures spanning multiple jurisdictions, regulatory regimes and accounting standards including UK GAAP and IFRS. You will review audit work, financial statements and reports to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance, whilst managing budgets, timelines and resources across engagements. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, you will build and maintain strong professional relationships whilst supporting senior leadership with technical matters. You will also play an active role in coaching and developing junior team members, contributing to internal training initiatives, and supporting business development activities to grow the Financial Services audit practice. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, proven experience managing and delivering audit engagements ideally within Financial Services, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication, organisational and project management skills are essential, along with a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to audit quality and continuous improvement.
