Our client, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service experience who enjoys delivering high-quality service.
You’ll be the first point of contact for policyholders and advisers, handling calls and emails, resolving queries, and ensuring each interaction reflects the company’s service standards. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to support issue resolution.
Candidates should have at least two years’, excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
