Dental Therapist (Postgraduate Development Role)

Quay Dental is seeking a newly qualified GDC-registered Dental Therapist to join our team from September 2026. We are a modern private dental clinic located in the heart of Douglas on the beautiful Isle of Man, committed to delivering exceptional patient care within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Clinician looking to further develop their skills, with mentorship from an experienced Principal Dentist who will provide ongoing guidance, training and support. The role is initially offered as a 12-month training position with the opportunity for a permanent role thereafter. As a Dental Therapist at Quay Dental, you will undertake the full scope of dental therapy within your competence, including intra-oral scanning, while providing hygiene and therapy treatments using the latest technology including air-polishing. Our vision is to provide a therapy-led approach to dental maintenance, with the Dental Therapist playing an integral role within the team. You will work closely alongside our Dentists and existing Therapist to provide maintenance and treatment appointments with full dental nurse support. There will also be the opportunity to undertake a Postgraduate Diploma programme to further enhance your clinical skills and knowledge. We offer a salary of £40,000 based on a four-day week, together with a bonus scheme, reimbursed GDC fees, up to six weeks holiday pro-rata including bank holidays, private healthcare insurance and postgraduate training support.
