Accounts Administrator

We are looking for a reliable and organised Accounts Administrator to join our team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety in their work and is comfortable working in a busy environment. As part of a wider organisation with several different businesses and operations, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is adaptable, proactive and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

Main Responsibilities:
Processing purchase invoices.
Bank reconciliations.
Credit control and supplier payments.
Taking and making credit card payments.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
General office administration duties.
Answering telephone and email enquiries.

Skills & Experience:
Previous accounts or bookkeeping experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional and friendly manner.
Confidence in making a receiving telephone enquiry.
