Our leading Douglas-based Client is expanding their Finance Team in order to manage growth and demand within the business. To support this they now require an experienced Finance Manager. You will deliver a full suite of financial management services, including the preparation of month-end reporting, insightful commentary, and analysis, alongside leading and engaging the finance team. The role is also responsible for developing and implementing robust processes, systems, and controls to ensure a strong financial governance and control environment. The ideal candidate for the role of Finance Manager will be a Qualified accountant (CA / ACA / ACCA), have key knowledge in FRS102 and IFRS and a minimum of 5 years' post qualified experience in finance or management accounting.
