We are seeking an exceptional Client Relationship Manager to join our client's team in the Isle of Man, taking accountability for a portfolio of key ultra-high and high-net-worth client relationships whilst actively driving business development and growth. This is a senior, client-facing role that sits at the heart of the business, combining the highest standards of trust and company administration with a sharp commercial focus and a genuine passion for building long-term, trusted client partnerships. You will lead client meetings, deepen existing relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver new business, maintaining accurate pipeline records to support timely management information reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years' experience in the financial services industry, with proven expertise in trust and company administration. You will be a confident, polished communicator, commercially astute, highly organised and an ambassador for the business in every client interaction.
