We are recruiting for an experienced property lawyer or specialist conveyancer looking for your next move within a progressive and well-regarded Isle of Man law firm? We are recruiting for a Property Advocate or Conveyancer to join an established and expanding property team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an Isle of Man Advocate, specialist Conveyancer or suitably qualified legal professional from a comparable jurisdiction, offering the chance to manage a varied and independent caseload across both residential and commercial property matters. Day to day, you will handle residential sales and purchases, commercial transactions and leasing, re-mortgages and equity transfers, building and maintaining strong client relationships whilst delivering a consistently exceptional level of service to individuals and corporate clients across the Island. The ideal candidate will have solid proven experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing, the confidence to manage a caseload independently from instruction through to completion.
