As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, supporting the resolution of complex business issues from strategy through execution. In this role, you will use feedback and reflection to build self-awareness, recognise personal strengths, and address development areas. You will delegate work to others to provide stretch opportunities while coaching them to deliver results. You will demonstrate critical thinking, bring structure to unstructured problems, and use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends. You will be expected to review your own work and the work of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance, while knowing how and when to use appropriate tools for each situation and explaining the reasons for your choices. You will seek and embrace opportunities that provide exposure to different situations, environments, and perspectives, communicate in a clear and structured way when influencing and connecting with others, read situations effectively, and adapt your behaviour to build strong relationships.
