We are delighted to announce an exciting internal opportunity for an Events Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at Comis Hotel & Golf Resort.
This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and has a strong interest in weddings, conferences, corporate functions, and special events.

About the Role:
As Events Supervisor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of weddings, conferences, corporate events, and private functions across the resort. You will support the Events and F&B management teams by leading service operations, coordinating event execution, and ensuring our guests receive outstanding service at every stage of their event.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead event service teams during weddings, conferences, and other functions.
Ensure events are delivered efficiently and to the highest service standards.
Assist with event set-up, room preparation, and operational planning.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
Act as a point of contact for clients and suppliers during events.
Support the training, development, and motivation of team members.
Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any operational issues.
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, events, food and beverage, or a customer-focused environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong leadership abilities and a positive, proactive attitude.
The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
