Trainee early years practitioner (Apprenticeship opportunity)

Little Diamonds Nursery is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Early Years Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in early years education while gaining a recognised qualification through the apprenticeship scheme. We are seeking someone who is passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development and who is eager to grow professionally within a supportive and nurturing environment. As an apprentice at Little Diamonds, you will work alongside experienced practitioners to support children’s learning through play-based activities. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported. Full training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship programme, combining hands-on experience with structured learning towards a recognised Early Years qualification. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young children, be kind, patient, and dependable, show enthusiasm and commitment to learning, be a positive team player, have good communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
