Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Services Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing new business applications, carrying out customer due diligence checks, liaising with advisers and clients, processing transactions, and providing support across customer servicing operations.
Applicants should ideally have experience within the investments or life assurance sector, strong communication and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately to deadlines.
