This is a part-time position for two days per week, totalling 10–12 hours, with shifts every Saturday and Sunday daytime hours. The successful candidate will assist the head chef with general kitchen duties, including basic ingredient preparation, meal plating, washing up, and cleaning. Full training will be provided. Applicants must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance, as the team is small and cover for absences is limited.
