We are seeking caring and reliable Community Health Care Assistants to provide support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and wellbeing.
Duties include:
Personal care.
Medication support.
Meal preparation.
Record keeping.
Please note: Due to travelling between clients' homes across the Island, applicants must have a full driving licence and their own vehicle. Applications without these requirements cannot be considered.
Both full and Part time positions available.
