Sunset Lakes is a destination for all the family and a wonderful place to dine. Our events calendar is already thriving and we are ready to accelerate our plans and growth. We require an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help management create menu's that will bring people back time after time. We already have a thriving breakfast and lunch trade, as well as a packed diary of events including weddings and private parties. We require somebody who can demonstrate their ability to work across morning, lunch, evening and events service. We will be honest, attention to detail, presentation and commitment/hard work are three things that are very important to us as a business. Although we would prefer to recruit an experienced Chef on the Isle of Man we are willing to consider off island applications with the potential to have accomodation arranged as part of the package for the right candidate. The salary is very much dependant on experience and current renumeration but will be offered between 40-60K per annum.
