We’re looking for an experienced, hands?on manager to lead café and events management, helping deliver amazing service to customers and manage events at Sunset Lakes.

What responsibilities include; Running daily FOH service, leading and training the team, making great coffee, supporting weddings & events, maintaining high standards across service, safety & guest experience.
What we’re looking for; Hospitality management experience, confident barista skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, warm, professional, guest?first approach, strong leadership and organisation, flexibility for events, evenings & weekends, ability to build relationships with customers and the wider industry, a positive proactive attitude.
