Our client seeks an experienced Senior Tester & Business Analyst to join their IT Department. Role Profile: This hybrid role combines strong analytical capability with hands-on testing expertise to ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality business and technical solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate across business, technical, regulatory, and delivery teams, helping shape requirements, validate designs, and ensure systems and processes meet both programme objectives and industry obligations. Key Skills and Experience: Prince2 Practitioner and/or MSP Qualification - Desirable. Recognised Business Analyst qualification or equivalent - Essential. 3+ Years in a similar role. Experience supporting operational readiness and creating structured test artefacts and process maps. Ability to use analysis tools such as SQL for data extraction, Excel for quantitative modelling, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau for visualization. Understanding system and integration testing. Excellent planning skills. Stakeholder management skills. Experience working with Modern analysis and testing toolsets.
