As an Early Years Practitioner at Dream Castle Nursery, you will play a key role in providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. Responsibilities include supporting children's learning through play, planning and delivering engaging activities, promoting their wellbeing and development, maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene, building positive relationships with children and families, observing and recording children's progress, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the nursery operates to the highest standards in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and all relevant policies and procedures.
A Level 3 Qualification in Childcare is required and essential for this role.
