We are seeking an experienced Trust Manager to join our Client Services team. Reporting to the Client Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of trust and company structures, delivering exceptional client service while ensuring the highest standards of governance, compliance, and fiduciary administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day administration of trust and company structures; build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and professional advisors; prepare and review governance documentation, including minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings; oversee client records, bookkeeping, financial administration, and coordination of accounts and tax reporting; ensure compliance with AML/CFT, sanctions, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements, and internal procedures; support client onboarding, business retention, and continuous improvement initiatives; manage a small team of client-facing staff members and provide coaching and technical guidance to junior team members.
About You
Professionally qualified (STEP, CGI/ICSA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent); proven experience in trust and company services within a regulated TCSP/fiduciary environment, with strong knowledge of corporate governance, and regulatory requirements; excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, strong risk awareness, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability; experience reviewing financial information and maintaining high-quality client records.
