Manager - Fiduciary Services

Our client seeks a Manager - Fiduciary Services to join their team. Key Responsibilities: To manage a portfolio of clients to ensure they receive a high standard of service at all times. To maintain professional standards and self-development. To manage a small team of administrators and provide and support and guidance. To include timely summary reporting on progress to the team and the board. To maintain the integrity of the Viewpoint database and other systems required for the role to enable the accurate production of reports, when required. Ensuring the team do the same. To carry out occasional ad-hoc corporate service assignments at the reasonable request of the directors, including reception and telephone cover as and when needed. To follow the training given within the department and to attend training courses when required, ensuring own CPD requirements are met. Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure they receive a high standard of service at all times, and encouraging other colleagues to do the same. Delegate work where appropriate to more junior staff and ensure that work is performed to the required professional standard and to review the work performed. Essential Requirements: Previous experience of managing both trusts and companies with varying asset classes and ideally hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification. You will be highly organised possess strong communication and relationship management skills and have a proven experience of supervising, mentoring and developing team members.
