you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with our standards, ensuring consistency, presentation and food safety at all times. You will support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen, assist with stock rotation and food preparation, maintain a clean, organised and hygienic working environment, and complete daily and end-of-service cleaning duties to ensure the kitchen is always ready for the next service.
Skills & Experience Required
The successful applicant will have previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure, and take pride in producing excellent food. A good understanding of food safety and hygiene is essential, with knowledge of Isle of Man Food Hygiene Regulations being desirable. You will be reliable, organised, hardworking and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, teamwork and professionalism.
