Guesthouse Waitress / Receptionist

We are looking for a part-time employee to join our team. As we are a small guesthouse the role will be varied, and will involve: waitressing during breakfast service, taking linen, towels and rubbish from bedrooms when guests check-out, managing laundry and folding/ironing linen, as well as acting as a receptionist to help guests with any issues and take any necessary payments on check-out.
The ideal candidate should be presentable, polite, hard-working and a customer-focused individual who is able to work on their own and as part of a team. They should also be well organised, able to prioritise tasks and comfortable working to time constraints. And lastly have the ability to remain calm, polite and customer friendly under pressure and when dealing with any complaints.
