Maintenance Experience required:
Handyman with Electrical qualification and experience in general Guesthouse situations, understanding of general preventative Maintenance planning and execution, Equipment maintenance and inspections and Dealing with Contractors, and monitoring progress.
Execute Health and Safety, and Fire safety standards and inspections.
General houses/ apartment renovation experience.
Caretaker Experience required:
Dealing with Guest House clients, Operation of front of house, Janitorial duties and Property security utilising camera systems.
