Cayman National Bank (Isle of Man) Limited is seeking a Client Support Officer who will work as a member of the Client Support Team by undertaking a variety of clerical duties including undertaking periodic and trigger reviews, processing external and internal transactions, processing static data changes, undertaking other non-customer facing administrative duties and assisting with customer queries. The Client Support Officer will ensure that client service excellence is delivered to both internal and external clients by following the policies and procedures of the bank.
The Client Support Team are responsible for the bank’s key fulfilment and processing activities. The team will deliver a peer-leading level of quality service to prospective, new and existing clients and other internal/external stakeholders.
The team will maintain high quality, flexible and accurate service to our customers, both internal and external, whilst ensuring that the company continues to meet its regulatory obligations and that our corporate reputation is maintained. Embracing new technology and ideas, an efficient and accurate approach to required duties is expected.
The Client Support Officer is responsible for a variety of tasks, which may be performed on a rotational basis to ensure robust operational service coverage is maintained for the bank’s customers and to create a centre of excellence. Appropriate training/self-development, 121 coaching and performance management will be in place to ensure you become fully competent in all tasks within the team where/when required.
