DGC Ltd, a leading civil engineering, drainage, and groundworks contractor operating across the Isle of Man, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in measuring, costing, and managing commercial aspects of drainage and groundworks projects, with solid working knowledge of both JCT and NEC4 forms of contract. Responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates and valuations, managing variations and change control, subcontractor procurement and account management, interim and final account preparation, and supporting project teams with commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Familiarity with the Isle of Man construction sector, local authorities (including the Department of Infrastructure), and key clients is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS to join a growing contractor delivering infrastructure and groundworks projects across the Island. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
