Governance & Strategic Partnerships Manager

The Governance & Strategic Partnerships Manager will support the Company's continued international growth by strengthening governance, compliance, operational controls and strategic partnerships. Working closely with the Directors, the successful candidate will develop governance and risk management frameworks, coordinate due diligence, AML, KYC and onboarding activities, support financial governance and strategic business projects, maintain relationships with international partners and professional advisers, and contribute to commercial reporting, operational improvement and organisational performance across multiple jurisdictions.
Applicants must hold a degree or postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Audit, Compliance, Governance or a related discipline, together with significant experience in governance, compliance, audit, financial controls, regulatory reporting or operational management within an international or other complex multi stakeholder environment. Candidates should possess strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, sound professional judgement, high ethical standards and integrity, and the ability to manage multiple projects, confidential information and stakeholder relationships effectively. Professional qualifications in Accounting, Audit, Compliance or Governance, together with experience of AML, KYC, due diligence and corporate governance, would be advantageous.
