Our client seeks a Propositions Officer to join their team. Role Profile: To provide specialist investment expertise in the development, maintenance, and optimisation of the investment propositions, ensuring they are robust, competitive, and aligned to customer needs. The role is responsible for investment research, fund governance, provider relationships, and fund range management, and provides expert investment input into propositions led by the Propositions Manager. Key Skills and Experience: Professional qualification in investments or insurance. Strong experience in investment analysis, fund research and investment management. Good understanding of cross-border life insurance and unit-linked products. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail. Strong commercial awareness, particularly in fund economics and relationships. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficient in Microsoft tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI). Experience using investment research platforms (e.g. Morningstar, Allfunds, Bloomberg).
