Our client seeks an experienced Statutory Administrator to join their Client Services team within a regulated Trust and Corporate Service Provider (TCSP) based in the Isle of Man. This role is primarily responsible for the statutory administration, governance and regulatory filings of a portfolio of Isle of Man trusts and companies (including Companies Acts 1931-2004 and Companies Act 2006 entities). The position requires strong technical knowledge of statutory obligations, deadlines and best practice record-keeping, ensuring all entities remain fully compliant with Isle of Man regulatory and legislative requirements.
