Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Therapists
Exciting opportunities have arisen for qualified Therapists to join our professional wellness and holistic Therapist Team at Brightlife Spa.
As we prepare to open our new Spa Garden and welcome more guests, we are expanding our team and are seeking both full-time and part-time therapists who share our commitment to exceptional treatments, outstanding guest care and holistic well-being.
Our Spa offers a range of indulgent treatments and wellness facilities within a serene and tranquil setting. Our therapies take a holistic approach, focusing on each guest as an individual and supporting their overall physical, mental and emotional well-being. We aim to provide every guest with a deeply relaxing, personalised and memorable experience.
The Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional treatments and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our guests throughout their visit.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing a variety of spa treatments, including massage, facials, body treatments and other holistic wellness therapies.
Assessing each guest’s individual needs and tailoring treatments accordingly.
Providing knowledgeable and appropriate treatment and aftercare recommendations.
Delivering consistently high standards of guest care and professionalism.
Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation within treatment rooms and communal areas.
Working collaboratively with other members of the spa team to create a harmonious and efficient working environment.
Full training will be provided in our complete range of treatments and treatment protocols.
Qualifications and Attributes
Applicants should:
Hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification, or equivalent, in beauty therapy and massage.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrate a genuine interest in holistic therapies, wellness and guest care.
Be able to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
Have a positive, friendly and professional manner.
Be reliable, well-presented and committed to maintaining high standards.
