Crema Limited is a fast growing Starbucks franchise, with our first Drive Thru opened in 2022 and plenty more exciting opportunities on the horizon.
We are looking to add to our team of Baristas across both sites. We are predominantly looking for full-time candidates, however some part-time applicants could be considered.
The role will cover all workdays, including the busy weekends and evenings, so flexibility on availability is key.
As a Barista you create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing great quality beverages and products, served quickly with world class customer service in a clean and comfortable store environment.
Knowledge and passion about coffee is important, and whilst specific Barista experience is not essential, it would be beneficial. It would also assist if you have a proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced industry and being able to handle pressure well.
