Customer Service and Administrator

The position covers customer service for our Domestic and Commercial fuel customers taking orders, payments, dealing with queries etc.
The position also involves administration of our customer tank monitoring system covering organising installs and service jobs, error reports, updating out IT systems and dealing with customer queries.
We are looking for an organised person who has excellent customer service and communication skills, experience in IT systems, an eye for detail and can work as part of a busy office team.
