Registered Manager, Grove Mount Residential Home

The Registered Manager will provide strong, compassionate leadership within the residential home, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care and support in a safe, respectful and person-centred environment. The successful candidate will ideally hold an RQF Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), have a kind and caring nature, and be confident working within and leading a dedicated team. No previous experience as a Registered Manager is required, although experience within a residential care setting and/or in a management or leadership role would be preferred. They will ensure all care and management practices meet the requirements set out by R&I, as well as the company’s policies and procedures. We are looking for a proactive, approachable and professional manager who can inspire and support their team while promoting the wellbeing, dignity and quality of life of every resident.
