Bradda View Nursing & Residential Home are looking for Health Care Assistants to join the team and be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.
We have both full-time and zero-hour opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities include:-
Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of residents.
To support the Service Users, and to ensure that personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with their Care Plan(s).
To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of Service Users.
To respect the rights and choices of Service Users.
