Sales and Marketing Manager and Trainee Conveyancer

This is a combined role at Quinns, a growing Isle of Man property law firm. As Sales and Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will take day-to-day ownership of the firm's growth engine: responding to and converting all inbound client enquiries, planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing the firm's social media channels and CRM system, and creating the firm's multimedia content, including planning, filming, editing and producing professional video content and producing and editing podcast episodes. Alongside these responsibilities, the role includes a structured trainee conveyancer pathway through the Quinns Academy, with the successful candidate undertaking formal training in residential conveyancing and progressing, under supervision, towards managing their own caseload of property transactions. Applicants must have proven experience in a sales and marketing role, including demonstrable hands-on experience of creating, filming and editing video content and of producing podcasts, which is essential to this position, together with strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence with CRM and social media management tools, and a genuine commitment to training and qualifying in conveyancing, including a willingness to undertake sustained study alongside work.
