This role encompasses the definition and maintenance of the Anti-Money Laundering and Combatting Financing of Terrorism (AML / CFT) Quality Assurance framework, which spans all surveillance processes, services, and products related to money laundering and terrorist financing. The successful candidate will conduct end-to-end quality assurance reviews across the relevant processes, ensuring the mitigation of potential operational losses, fines, penalties, or reputational damage. The position requires interaction with various stakeholders at different levels, both internal and external, and demands substantial experience in compliance and quality assurance. This is a full-time role based in the Isle of Man, and applicants must be eligible to work there, as relocation or sponsorship is not offered. The individual will contribute to periodic and ad-hoc reviews as outlined in the job description while managing and monitoring the implementation of improvements from QA findings.
