Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their, dignity, independence ,wellbeing and safety, while working effectively as part of the care team.
Good communication and teamwork skills, a caring and compassionate approach, reliability and a genuine interest in supporting older people.
Previous care experience is desirable, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
