Finance Manager

We are seeking experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a portfolio of more than 50 companies across the Isle of Man and the UK.
The group primarily operates within property development, investment and rental management. Candidates must therefore have substantial financial experience in property development, property investment, or residential/commercial rentals.
Key responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day finance function across a multi-company group.
Oversee rental income, arrears, deposits and service charges.
Manage VAT, CIS, statutory and tax filing requirements.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger activities.
Produce accurate financial and management reporting.
Lead, develop and mentor the finance team.
About you
You will be ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification, with strong experience in property finance, financial management, and reporting. You will also have excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills, advanced Excel capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of Isle of Man regulatory and corporate compliance requirements is essential. Experience using VT+ or Xero would be advantageous.
