Provide friendly, welcoming and attentive service to all guests.
Set up the restaurant before service, including tables, menus and front of house areas.
Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent standards.
Keep tables and front of house areas clean, tidy and well presented throughout service.
Work closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure smooth service.
Handle payments and assist with closing duties at the end of service.
Maintain high standards of customer service, food hygiene and cleanliness.
Full-time position with straight shifts — no split shifts.
