Accountable to deliver results for the Isle of Man Limited aligned to SBG Group strategy. Orchestrates execution of Isle of Man Limited strategy as approved by the Isle of Man Board, in line with fiduciary and regulatory requirements. Lead country teams that influence key strategic stakeholders, lead competitive business practices and enable a growth oriented, customer led organisation. The key to success is directing actions to achieve results, ensuring that key metrics of credit, risk, compliance and performance are met.
Lead and guide the implementation and execution of Business Unit strategic priorities in country, aligning country priorities to group goals. Drive and support the reporting teams to continually improve the business and reach the identified targets, managing trade-offs across Business Units and Group Functions in Country as appropriate.
