Financial Reporting Analyst (2945)

Our Isle of Man-based Client are an award-winning communications & services provider, leading their sector in the delivery of compelling and affordable tailored solutions. Following the restructuring and sub-division of their finance function, they have a need for a Financial Reporting Accountant to join their team.
The Financial Reporting Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance across the financial reporting processes for their UK and Isle of Man entities, with a drive to understand the complexities of the business and the ability to tackle problems from all sorts of different angles. Just as importantly, you will be expected to question how things are done today and help them do them better tomorrow - whether that means refining a process in Dynamics 365 Business Central, rebuilding a report, or using AI tools to remove a manual workaround.
The ideal candidate for the role of Financial Reporting Accountant will be an An ACA or ACCA qualified Accountant with 1-3 years PQE, experience in a financial reporting role, have strong knowledge of Excel; experience of Power BI or similar reporting tools, experience of Dynamics 365 Business Central would be preferable; experience of a comparable ERP, together with the appetite to get up to speed quickly, will also be considered. Open to using AI in day-to-day work and genuinely interested in what it can do for a finance function - hands-on experience of tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot is desirable.
