Deputy MLRO (DMLRO) | Isle of Man | On-site
MayFly Entertainment is a licensed gambling operator regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC), providing online sports betting and casino services for over 10 years.
As Deputy MLRO, you will support the MLRO in ensuring compliance with AML, CFT and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include investigating suspicious activity, preparing and submitting SARs, supporting customer due diligence and sanctions screening, maintaining investigation records, assisting with audits and regulatory reporting, overseeing AML monitoring, delivering training, and deputising for the MLRO when required.
Candidates should have strong AML/CFT knowledge, previous experience in a DMLRO, MLRO or senior compliance role, experience with SARs and investigations, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to make sound risk-based decisions. Experience within eGaming or financial services is advantageous, as are professional qualifications such as ACAMS or ICA.
