We are looking to expand our kitchen team. If you have determination, drive, a willingness to learn and a great work ethic then this is definitely for you. You will work alongside our head chef and be part of a great team.
Formal education is not a strict requirement as we believe experience counts more.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Cook and plate menu items with consistent quality and portion control.
Assist the head chef with all kitchen related tasks .
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order ingredients, and minimize food waste.
Safety & Hygiene: Maintain strict compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications & Skills.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of commercial kitchen experience.
Culinary Knowledge: Strong mastery of cooking techniques, flavour profiles and kitchen equipment.
Unlike most places, we do offer a lot of variety as we host a lot of events and functions such as weddings, themed evenings, birthday parties and much more.
As a start we offer 25 hours a week and we are situated 10 minutes walk from a bus stop if you don't have your own transport.
